How long will it take to get my order?
Generally, I make my accessories as the order comes, so please allow up to 5 business days for production. Once your order is completed, it will be immediately shipped out. If paying by e-check, we will not ship until your payment clears, if you're paying via money order, we will not ship until we have received payment.

 What form of payment do you accept? 
We accept credit card, debit card and e-check via PayPal.
We also accept money orders through our shopping cart. Payment must be received within 10 days.

   I just placed an order and found something else I want, can you add it?   
Definately! Just let us know, and you'll be sent a PayPal invoice for the additional items.

  I'm ordering a gift, can it be shipped directly to the recipient?  
Absolutely! You can type in different billing and shipping addresses. And if you would like to have the invoice excluded, just designate so in the comments field at checkout.

What metal are your earrings made out of?
Our hooks and studs are silver-plated brass. If you have nickel sensitivities, we can substitute them for nickel-free french hooks at no additional charge. (The nickel-free hooks are significantly darker) Just indicate so in the comments field at checkout.

Are your accessories CSPIA approved?  
No. We do try to conform to the CSPIA standards, but they have not been formally approved. They are not intended for children under 12-years of age because of this.

Do you offer different clips for your hair flowers?
Yes, by special request we can make your hair flower with pretty much whatever attachment you want! Just request it in the comments area at checkout.

I really like the flower, but not the center decoration. Can I change it?
Sure, no problem! Consider all the flowers & centers "mix-n-match", just let me know and it can be done for little-to-no cost.
Be aware, this does make it a custom item.

Could you make my necklace a different length?
Of course. Just designate which necklace and the desired length in the comments field at checkout.
Be aware that a custom length makes it a custom order, please view our return policy below on custom orders.

Are the item pictures actual size?
NO. They are actual images of the product, but not actual size. All the measurements are located below the item in the description. We will not accept an accessory return based on size.

What if I accidentally provide a wrong shipping address?
Well, if you catch it before your package has shipped, just let us know and we'll fix it. If it is returned to us we will email you for a new shipping address. Or we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee (if it's returned to us, that is).

What's with all the religious stuff?
I actually have no religious preference, I just really love traditional religious art!

What can I do to fix my squished hair flower?
It's easy! Just take your hair blow dryer and use it on it's hottest setting to reshape your flower. This also works on feathers and veils!

We ship to all 50 U.S. States, Military Bases, Canada, Australia & Europe.
We ship mainly First Class & First Class International.
We are NOT responsible for uninsured packages going internationally. If you are concerned about your shipment, please request Priority Mail or Registered Mail for an additional fee.



RETURN POLICY

Feel free to contact us regarding any problem you might have with your order.

Within two weeks of your order receipt, you may return any item that is damaged or broken. When we receive the returned merchandise, we will refund the full price of the item(s) minus the original shipping fees. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

If you wish to keep your item, I will happily fix your jewelry (for free of course) if it breaks, just contact me.

In an effort to prevent fraudulent purchases, we do not issue refunds on non-damaged items. Some exceptions apply.

Custom orders CANNOT be returned!
Custom lengths can be exchanged after purchase if you requested the wrong length. There is a $3 fee per necklace.

We will not accept an accessory return because you thought the item was a different size. It is your responsibility to read the measurements and description listed with the item. If you have any questions, please ask before ordering.

Body jewelry, including earrings, CANNOT be returned.

Please contact us regarding any issues. Include your invoice number (located in the top, right corner of your receipt), and a brief description of the problem. We will try our hardest to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
